1. Terms

    1. By installing any of Monshare applications you agree to be bound by these terms of use (‘Terms’) and our privacy policy

    2. Please review the Terms carefully before accepting them, since if you don’t agree with the terms you are not permitted to use any of Monshare services and are required to remove Monshare applications from your devices.

    3. You may only use Monshare applications if you are 18 or older. You will be requested to specify and confirm your age when registering your account with Monshare.

    4. These terms apply between us and from the moment you first downloaded any of Monshare applications until you delete the application and cease to be registered with us

    5. Monshare may choose to amend these terms at any time at its sole discretion. When such amendments are required you will be notified about the planned changes in advance via email address you specified when accessing the application. The updated terms will be published on Monshare web site 2 months prior to the effective date. By continue use of Monshare applications you are assumed to accept and agree with the amendments. If you do not agree with the changes, you are requested to terminate the terms and can do so at any time free of charge.

  2. Monshare applications

    1. Monshare applications are defined as any of the software solutions designed by Monshare LTD and accessed either via web, Android or IOS

    2. Monshare applications represent personal finance platform, which assists couples, roommates and other groups of individuals with understanding and controlling their shared and individual spend. Monshare applications provide the following primary functions:

      1. Ability to link bank accounts of individual for analysis and categorizations of transactions

      2. Ability to create ‘Pots’ for shared spend and invite other people to collaborate on Pots. Users can share transactions, which are relevant with other people collaborating on the pot.

      3. Ability to identify saving opportunities based on user account information and deals and offers, which Monshare team managed to aggregate.

    3. Monshare applications or any members of Monshare team do not provide financial advice, nor do they have required credentials for providing financial advice. Any deals or saving opportunities showed to the user can be used at user’s sole will and discretion.

  3. Terms of use

    1. You must use Monshare only  in accordance with the Terms, for the purpose it was intended and obey all the applicable laws and terms of conditions.

    2. You must not engage in activities that may interfere, destroy, or otherwise compromise any aspects of Monshare services, including but not limited to

      1. alter or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any service

      2. Interfere with other people’s information or usage of Monshare app

      3. damage or compromise security

      4. Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or translate Monshare app.

    3. Monshare applications are provided for convenience only. Monshare team works hard to ensure high availability, enjoyable user experience and error-free calculations, however it’s not always possible. Therefore you acknowledge that Monshare applications are provided ‘as-is’ and without guaranteed up-time. Should you have any concerns or issues with Monshare applications, you can log them by contacting our customer service at hello@monshare.io

    4. All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature of Monshare applications are owned by Monshare LTD. This includes, but is not limited to visual appearance, branding materials, underlying source code, all textual descriptions included in the application or on Monshare web site.

    5. Monshare LTD grants you a revocable right for usages of Monshare applications according to these terms.

    6. You may terminate this agreement at any point of time and free of charge by writing an email to hello@monshare.io. Monshare will terminate your account and delete all personally identifiable information within 30 days of such request.

    7. Monshare may terminate this agreement or refuse services at any point of time at its sole discretion. Monshare will notify you at least 30 days prior to closing your account, however Monshare may choose to suspend services without prior notice when there is a suspicion of violation of these Terms or other compromising activities.

  4. Access and third parties

    1. In order to improve your user experience and simplify registration process Monshare applications are supplied with mechanism of authentication using third-party authentication providers, such as Facebook and Google. When you chose to utilize such functionality you agree and guarantee to comply with any associated terms and conditions.

    2. In order to enable access to information on Users’ financial accounts and related data enrichment services, Monshare partnered with a trusted third party, Salt Edge Limited (hereinafter “Salt Edge”). Salt Edge is an account information service provider registered in the United Kingdom, FCA reference number 822499, registered address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Account information services are provided by Salt Edge in accordance with its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the account information services as part of the services, User agrees to be bound by Salt Edge’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    3. Monshare applications enable you to communication and/or share your transactions with other users of Monshare applications, such as family members, room mates, friends or business partners. If you decide to utilize this functionality you acknowledge sole responsibility and assume all risk arising from sharing your information with other users of Monshare applications. Monshare LTD is not responsible for any consequence of any use or disclosure of your user information by you. You may choose to revoke permissions from individual users from seeing such information.

    4. In order to provide some suggestion on cost optimization, Monshare chose to show you deals, offers and saving opportunities offered by other providers. Monshare will not share any of your unaggregated data or personally identifiable information with such providers or other third parties, which are not mentioned in this document. Refer to privacy policy for further details.

  5. Problems, questions and complains

    1. Monshare team fully appreciate that some of its users may be dissatisfied with the service, quality, terms or other aspects of Monshare experience. Monshare team treat every question and concern seriously and are asking its users to not hesitate to reach out with any problems to hello@monshare.io. Monshare team will respond as promptly as possible

    2. Should you not be satisfied with the response of Monshare team you may be able to address your complaints
